Loving husband of Trudy. Beloved father to Jemma, Dylan, Mitch, Caillum, Alaska, Evie and Quentin. Cherished son, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Chook’s Funeral Service, to be held in the South Burnett PCYC Hall, 40 Macalister Street, Murgon, Sunday 8^th June 2025 at 10am.
