BLANCH, Douglas Lloyd (Doug)

Late of Redgate and formerly of Proston, passed away peacefully Sunday 6^th September 2026.

Aged 84 years

Beloved husband of Olive (dec’d) and Rowena (dec’d). Cherished and loved father and father-in-law to Gary, Annette and Tim, Liz and Brian, Phillip and Fiona, and Kingsley. Treasured step-father to Rowena’s children. Adored Grandad to his grandchildren, Debbie, Amber, Travis, Janet, Rachel, Mitchell, Monique, Haley and Chloe, and to his great-grandchildren, Aliyana, David, Jasper, Samantha and Oscar. A loving brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend who will be sadly missed.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend a Graveside Funeral Service for Doug, to be held within the Proston Cemetery, Proston Boondooma Road, Proston, Friday 18^th September 2026 at 11am.

In lieu of flowers, the gift of a plate of food to share in Doug’s memory at the conclusion of the Service would be greatly appreciated by his family.
